Returns in Germany

For parcel returns in Germany, please use the enclosed parcel label.

Forwarding shipments / bulky goods shipments are charged with a flat rate of 33 €.

Prepaid returns will not be accepted.

The return of damaged goods is of course free of charge.

Please make the items ready for collection in their packaging.

Returns outside of Germany

In foreign countries, costs for return shipments will be charged according to expenditure.
